2. The legal basis and purpose of processing your personal data by the Administrator is:

Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) GDPR, i.e.: data processing is carried out on the basis of your consent for the purpose of sending you marketing content via electronic means of communication (e-mail, text message, mms), using telecommunications terminal equipment (telephone, computer), including commercial information about MR Staff Support sp. z o.o., ul. Dolne Przedmieście 5/4, Żory 44-240, its services, organized events.
2. The legal basis and purpose of processing your personal data by the Administrator is:

2.) Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) GDPR, i.e.: – data processing takes place due to the necessity of such processing for the performance of the contract, if a cooperation agreement has been concluded with you or,
3.) Art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) GDPR, i.e.: – data processing takes place due to the need to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, i.e.: in order to fulfill the obligations resulting from generally applicable legal provisions, tax regulations and the scope of accounting;
4.) Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR, i.e.: – data processing takes place due to our legitimate interest in providing answers to questions, providing information content about our activities, and the products and services we offer at the request of interested persons,
5.) Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR, i.e.: – data processing takes place due to our legitimate interest in conducting analyses in order to improve the services provided and introducing new services;
6.) Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) GDPR, i.e. – data processing takes place due to our legitimate interest in determining/pursuing claims or defending against claims.
Cookie Policy
- The administrator of personal data is MR Staff Support sp. z o.o., ul. Dolne Przedmieście 5/4, Żory 44-240. “Cookies” should be understood as computer data stored in users’ end devices, intended for using websites. In particular, these are text files containing the name of the website they come from, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
- Cookies are intended for using the website. The operator uses these files to: enable logging in and maintaining the user’s session on each subsequent page of the website, adjust the content of the website to the user’s individual preferences, primarily these files recognize their device in order to display the page according to their preferences, to create anonymous statistics, excluding the possibility of identifying the user.

- The Service Operator informs that changes to the settings in the user’s web browser may prevent the Websites from functioning properly.
